HumanCentric is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support our Operations team . You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with suppliers, managing purchasing plans, scheduling shipments, and keeping our system updated with accurate information. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain smooth operations while ensuring cash efficient inventory management.

We ship hundreds of orders each day to customers around the world, and are run by a small and driven team who makes it all come together.

Who we're looking for:
To be a great fit for this job, you must have:

  • An extremely analytical mind, strong Excel skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software programs when needed. We run on NetSuite.
  • The ability to work both quickly and methodically. You create tremendous amounts of accurate, finished work much faster than other people you work with. You don't leave any "loose ends" when you finish your work.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to tackle large tasks with ease.
  • Extremely good organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
  • High degree of verbal professionalism, capable of representing yourself and the company in articulate & fluent English

Had you been with us last month, you would have…

  • Created Purchase Orders and Inbound Shipments in Netsuite.
  • Updated expected delivery dates and performed inventory reconciliations.
  • Created Item Receipts and cross checked Packing Lists against Invoices.
  • Ensured clear communication with suppliers to improve shipping times.
  • Assisted with reviewing shipping costs and demand calculations.
  • Assisted with process improvement and documentation.

If you work with us, within the next two years it’s likely that you’ll:

  • Develop new inventory reports and lead-time measurements.
  • Identify ways to improve lead time,storage efficiency, and spending.
  • Assist management in demand planning, inventory allocation and implementing new logistically efficient strategies.
  • Manage other team members on the Operations team.
